The role

You'll be the bridge between a client's business and the AI that changes it. You sit with owners and teams, find where agents and automation pay back, design the solution, build the first version yourself and stay until the numbers move. Leading AI companies call this role forward deployed engineer or deployment strategist; we want people who can do both.

What you'll do

• Run discovery with clients: map processes, data and the use cases worth building.
• Design solutions: agents (chat, voice, email), automations and integrations — with guardrails and handover rules.
• Build and ship: prototypes in days, production in weeks, using Claude/OpenAI APIs, n8n, Next.js and Supabase.
• Write evaluation suites and run agents in shadow mode before they talk to customers.
• Connect to client systems safely: scoped keys, integration layers, logs, alerts.
• Measure impact and present it to owners and boards in plain language.
• Turn what you learn into reusable playbooks and contribute to the AI Radar.

What you bring

• 3+ years building software, data or automation solutions for real users.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs: prompting, tool use, RAG, structured outputs, evals.
• Comfortable in Python or TypeScript, REST APIs, webhooks and SQL.
• You enjoy talking to clients as much as writing code.
• You explain complex things simply, in writing and out loud.
• Professional Spanish and English.
• Pragmatic about security and data protection (GDPR).

Nice to have

• Voice agents (Retell, Vapi, ElevenLabs) or contact-centre experience.
• n8n / Make in production.
• Consulting, solutions engineering or pre-sales background.
• ERP/CRM integrations (Holded, Odoo, A3, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of the EU AI Act.
• Portuguese, French or Italian.
